The primary responsibilities of the Membership Executive are to provide support for the Chief of Staff, HR & Membership Services Director and be the first point of call for all new membership enquiries and general member queries. The Executive will monitor and drive a number of member engagement initiatives and meetings including shaping and inputting into the content. The Executive will also be the lead on the ABPI customer relationship management system (STAR) to enhance our membership engagement programmes and co-ordination of membership engagement activities.
